Frequently Asked Questions

How do I join the waiting list?

You can contact us through our website to be added to our waiting list. We will ask a few questions about your home, lifestyle, and what you’re looking for in a puppy so we can help match you with the right companion.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required once a puppy has been confirmed for you. This ensures your place is secured and prevents last-minute cancellations.

When can puppies go to their new homes?

Puppies leave at 8 weeks old. This gives them enough time to learn important social skills from their mother and littermates.

Do you choose the puppy or do I?

You are absolutely welcome to choose your own puppy. We raise all our pups with a strong focus on a stable, family-friendly temperament, so every puppy should fit nicely into a loving home. If you’d like extra details about a specific pup, such as personality, energy level, or how they interact with littermates, I’m always happy to share more to help you make the best choice.

Can I visit the puppies?

Yes, visits are allowed once puppies are old enough and mom is comfortable. This is usually after 4–5 weeks of age. Visits help with early socialisation, and we love meeting future owners.

What do the puppies come with?

Each puppy goes home with:
– KUSA registration
– Vaccination and deworming record
– Microchip
– Puppy contract
– A blanket or towel carrying the litter’s scent
– A Hill’s Puppy Pack (including starter food and coupons)
– A complimentary first month with Dotsure when activated through our link
– Support and guidance whenever you need it

Are the parents health tested?

Yes. All dogs used in our program undergo the required health tests for Golden Retrievers. Only dogs with excellent health and stable, reliable temperaments are considered for breeding.

Do you sell puppies for breeding or show?

Our focus is on producing well-balanced family companions. All puppies are sold to pet homes only. You are very welcome to show off your golden in the show ring.

What happens if I can no longer keep my dog?

We understand that life can change, and while we hope every puppy finds a loving, permanent home, we are always here for our dogs. If you ever need to rehome a dog from our program, we will gladly take them back and ensure they are placed in a safe, caring environment. The well-being of every dog we raise is our top priority.

Do you offer support after the puppy goes home?

Absolutely. We are always here to answer questions, guide new owners, and support our puppies throughout their lives.
